Ok, so I am in need of some HELP. As I have stated in previous posts and on the "From my Kitchen" page, I am allergic to wheat (gluten), milk, and eggs. These allergies make cooking hard!!! So here's the problem ... I feel like Daniel and I have the same 5 meals every week. We have no variety in what we eat. I have gotten in a rut with my cooking. I am completely out of ideas of how to change up our meals. Daniel and I can both be picky eaters. Daniel will NOT anything green with the exception of beans and peas. He is a meat, bread, and potatoes kind of guy. While I, on the other, am not a big meat eater. I love my veggies!!! Lately, I feel like I eat food because I have to, not because it taste good. I am in need of change in the kitchen area. So, I am looking for some GOOD gluten-free recipes and/or tips that I can incorporate in our weekly menu.
If you have any recipes and/or tips, I encourage you to leave a link below. You can not only help me but others faced with this same burden. I forward to reading the recipes and trying some out!
